Default Hidden radio antenna question...

Has anyone successfully installed a "hidden antenna" in a NB?
They are required to be located behind nonmetallic surfaces. I suspect that only leaves the bumpers.
Any suggestions?

Well, the back bumper is pretty close to to the corner where the antenna lives, so I guess that would be a good spot to place one if you needed to.

I, too, need a replacement antenna. Do the 'stubby' ones work?

I am running a stubby on mine and it works pretty good. Honestly, I don't even listen to radio anyway, so I probably could have just deleted it all together. I have the 6 CD changer in mine and if I load it up with custom burned CDs containing hundreds of MP3s, it will pretty much last for an entire week without having to hear the same song twice! However, it is nice to know that I have access to radio should I need it.

Good luck!
