1999 miata. Currently passenger side headlight is working but in the past only driver side or both have worked. Tomorrow they could be both on or off or the driver side could be on and the passenger side off. Thoughts please.

AC compressor is on when the blower is at its lowest setting but goes off at any higher blower setting. Doesn't seem like the blower fan is on when set to low. Thoughts please.
