WTB set of 99 headlights
#2
I have a set, but deconstructing the headlights really isn't that difficult. If you decide to paint the interior shrouds, sand them down, use high temp paint, and after, make sure they shrouds are super clean, no wax or grease. That'll keep the paint from bubbling and flaking off later. Just watch the metallic, reflective paint, it's very susceptible to chemicals.
If you screw anything up, it'll likely be the interior shroud, rather than buying the hole headlamp you can possibly try PartsGroup.com and ask them for lamps that have been in an accident and you just need the interiors and get them for cheap.
Anyway, mine aren't going anywhere soon, so know if you need some you have a backup source.
