Admin if you guys feel the need to remove this, Fair enough. I have read the rules and I believe this is inside parameters.

Like All consumers, we ask other consumers for advice when looking at purchasing items where a relationship has not been established with an existing vendor. I Googled Andys and did find a cpl of bad marks but nothing overwhelming. I also feel that its only fair to to let other consumers know about experiences, Good and Bad.

So, being as I Already started talking about this under the NA thread, I thought I would share with the consumers on here. I hope it helps.

April 6th - Order full Body kit, vision Re with restyling spoiler 3 post paintable for 1994 mazda MIATA.


April 10th - Notice the funds have bee removed from my account, I have no email or verification of any type from Andy's

I call to check on the order, the CS rep can't locate any
such order, states it can take 24 hrs to show up.

Note: from the 6th to the 10th is 96 hrs. I give benefit of doubt and agree to call back the next day.

April 11th - Talk to CS rep who leaves me on hold for quite some time.
CS rep states They have incomplete information.
Then continues by retaking the ENTIRE order. this is now 5
days after the initial order.

April 16th - Day 10 ... Once again after hearing nothing at all. I call to
check on order. CS rep states order to ship Wednesday

April 20th. - Day 14 .. Receive the wing/spoiler. its incorrect, this is for
an Acura CL. Somebody has put the correct PT# on the wrong
part in black marker.

I call Customer service and give my name they look it up and
she says the order is supposed to ship Monday.
I then inform her that this order was supposed to of shipped
already, gave a brief history, then I let inform her the wing is
not correct. It also appears to me that little history has been
saved by the previous CS Reps.

She sends me an email requesting pictures showing the
incorrect part. At this point we find out that
the email address which I have already given three times and
even verified once is wrong. I asked Heather the CS rep to
re-verify my order, Vision RE full body kit. She tells me the
order is accurate and that it will ship today instead of Monday.

As it stands right now The CS Rep, Heather I have spoken too
is the only saving grace in all this.
However, At this point in proceedings, it appears that
Andys Auto Sport has little care or concern about its
customers.
If I thought for one minute that I could cancel the spoiler
and get a refund for the spoiler without Andy's making an
atrocious mess of it, I would do so and never look back.

They claim 7 to 10 business days to receive an order. business day 12, the only thing shipped is wrong and body kit still has not shipped, and only because i have called them.

This is what has happened to date, I will let everyone know if everything works out.. EVENTUALLY

April 24th
Ok, called this morning, they claimed, it shipped yesterday. but... they couldnt find the tracking number and could I call back later. LOL
I asked why It didn't ship Friday like they said it was supposed to, they blamed the factory. Well I couldnt resist.. So are you blaming the factory for not fulfilling the order that I requested on the 6th.... silence

I asked if they had any information on the INCORRECT wing THEY shipped, they verified that they had Rec'd the pics I had sent and that they were in process of trying to resolve the issue.. lol .. u sent me the wrong part... whats to resolve??

called back a cpl of hours later, got a tracking number. it has finally shipped.

so far this is the way i feel about it. they really dont care that much about customers.
They think that its ok to blame the third party, the one THEY order from.
I ordered from them not a third party. They dont care. its everybody elses fault, but not theirs.
7 to 10 business days to ship is a myth with this company, you need to figure a month.
estimated arrival date is the 30 th. this was the day I planned to have this finished. I had PLENTY of flex time built in. Thanks to Andys all my plans were useless.

Now i guess I am gonna wait and see if its the correct body kit and pray its not damaged.. the odds are against it.

Ive been reading this, and though i was gonna order stuff from them when i do body. but now im gonna pass.

yeah, been a nightmare. they have put me so far behind its pathetic.
On top of this, my body guy; who has been very understanding. is getting irratated and I think starting to doubt the truth of the story..
heck ... can u blame him? he's had my car in his shop for near 3 weeks.

Dude, that sucks. I'm sorry to hear that you're having such trouble with them. I see their ads all over the internets, and always wondered if it was a legit operation, or two guys in a basement who will try to find you something after you order it.

My 2 cents:

If it doesn't come to you in good shape, or not what you ordered send it back and let your credit card company know what is happening. You can likely get your money back and order the kit from a more reputable vendor.

yeah DM, I fully intend to. I have tried to give them every chance to resolve all this, but they honestly just dont seem to care..

I wonder if, that due to economy and their poor customer service, wether or not they are operating on the cash flow that comes in then make orders when the y can to them that yell the most..

you know, poor cashflow turnover

April 26 th

Called to find out if they had resolved the issue with the incorrect wing they sent.
CSR said we have your pics and email. (Already knew that, sent it on the 20th).
And it may ship tomorrow .. but he wasn't sure due to the manufacturer .. they take no responsibility. At all

I just got off the phone, shipping company said the kit will be delivered monday.

Now! wots the odds its A: correct. B: Undamaged or C: its neither a or b?

I promise you this, if its not 100% correct and in mint condition, I will go talk to my banker and set all options in motion to recover funds and send a friendly letter through my attorney..

sometimes small towns have a huge advantage.. lol
