hmm ill have to check my diagnostic box. im sure the ecu is stock. an old guy had it before i bought it, and before that some kid that didnt know what he was doing with a miata took out the, radiator fan, cruse control, A/C , and power stearing. to make it lighter.. and chopped the main crank pulley in half, so only the alternator belt track is there.

standalone was meant as engine management sorry for the confusion. but try what was just listed, oh and both fans turn on when ac button is engaged fwiw.

May want to replace that pulley

might also check to make sure the sensor (one on thermostat housing) and relay are good.
