All fuses are ok, main relay does clic. The ecu LEDs won't turn on but sometimes one ramdom led glows a little bit. Any thoughts?

I am betting you have a bad ground. Wierd things happen when you have grounding issues, like a light that glows just a little bit.

Thanks for the reply miata2fast,
The problem is actually a dead ecu, I swapped mine with a friend's unit and it worked perfectly

Glad you got it solved. MY first guess would have been bad ground, especially when you said one glows slightly.
